A coach kept programs in spreadsheets, check-ins in a chat app and nutrition somewhere else. Clients lost track of what to do today. Every new client meant the same onboarding messages typed again.

How it works
A Next.js app with Convex as the live database and Clerk for coach and client roles. The client side is a PWA, so it installs like a native app and keeps working offline.
